“Phase I of the e-leap for the Digitalisation of Business Processes and Services”

The project “Phase I of the e-leap for the Digitalisation of Business Processes and Services” has received a funding decision of € 180,091.01 under the e-LEAP construction programme. The project has been funded by the European Union’s regeneration fund NextGenerationEU. The aim of the grant is to stimulate construction companies in the creation and implementation of innovative digital solutions that will help to increase the sector’s productivity and expand the range of services offered on the e-Construction platform.

The project included the purchase of a mobile laser scanning device, together with the necessary software and training to operate it. As a result, the company will digitalise its production processes and provide data consumers with higher quality baseline information that will enable more accurate decisions to be made in a shorter timeframe for planning and construction, thereby increasing the digitalisation and productivity of the entire construction sector.

  • The process innovation included the digitisation of the topo and field survey process.
  • The adoption of a digitised solution makes it possible to deliver a product to the target audience that empowers the user and creates higher added value, such as a digital twin with point cloud, 360 photos, and high-resolution close-ups.
  • An opportunity to offer new services/products was created.
  • The capacity to produce and archive data for sharing on the e-building platform and digital twins was developed.

Geodeesia24 OÜ received support from the Digitalisation Roadmap support measure. A digitalisation roadmap was prepared within the framework of the project. The grant amounted to EUR 4,275, and the project was supported by the European Regional Development Fund.

From 1 September 2014 to 1 September 2015, OÜ Geodeesia24 was supported by Enterprise Estonia’s Start-up Support Programme for the acquisition of fixed assets and application software
